Little Explorers Royal George Road is made up of three rooms – babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers.
The nursery is set up to feel homely and comfortable for the children to freely explore their surroundings. The layout of the rooms is designed and set up by the team, and are influenced by the children’s interests.
The team of practitioners have extensive knowledge on the three prime areas of learning, as well as the other four specific areas, and these are implemented through a range of activities and provocations for the children to engage in extending and developing the children’s current knowledge.
We have two outdoor spaces, one at the front of the nursery, and an additional space that is used as a sensory garden where the children can experience growing and planting
The gardens are set out each day to engage with all the children’s interests and suitable for all the ages of the children.
