At Little Explorers Janes Lane, we prioritise your child’s emotional well-being in order to support their all-round development.
We believe every child is unique, so our approach focuses on respecting your child’s individuality, while fostering a sense of belonging, which gives them the confidence to explore, learn and grow.
Our experienced practitioners nurture your child’s curiosity and creativity through a combination of structured learning, open-ended play and outdoor experiences.
Your child will have access to our outside space throughout the day, where they can explore a range of resources designed to engage their senses and spark their imagination.
With a strong emphasis on nature, creative activities, and community ties, we help your child grow to become a secure and independent learner.

Rooms – Toddler Den (18 months to 3 years) and Preschool Room (3 – 5 years)
We have a combined room for toddlers and preschoolers, which fosters strong relationships between children and staff, allowing younger children to learn from their older peers, while older children develop a sense of responsibility.
It also reduces anxiety, as children do not need to transition to a different room as they grow.
In the Den your child will have access to a cosy reading corner, an expressive arts area for creative exploration, and a popular home corner with play kitchen and costumes that encourages imaginative play and lots of social interaction.
The preschool room prepares your child for school, helping them gain confidence, independence and other essential skills.
